Templating Engine Gets Updated Rails 3 Support
Version 3.0.3 of Haml (HTML Abstraction Markup Language) is now available.
Haml is a layer on top of XHTML or XML that expresses the structure of XHTML and XML documents, and facilitates the embedding of Ruby. It was originally envisioned as a plugin for Ruby on Rails, but can now function as a stand-alone templating engine.
This version updates the Rails 3 support, with an aim of making certain Rails loading errors easier to debug. Sass will now raise an error if Rails.root is nil when Sass is loading, whereas previously, this would cause the paths to be mis-set.
