Google App Engine gets a new API for allowing apps to act as OAuth service providers.

Version 1.3.4 of the Google App Engine prerelease SDK is now available.

With this release, applications can now be configured to authenticate with OpenID by selecting the new OpenID option. The timeout during deployment has been increased to 15 minutes, and there is an API that allows Google App Engine apps to act as OAuth service providers.
