Get Satisfaction Release Service Cloud 2 Integration App
Get Satisfaction announce a customer service app that integrates crowdsourced customer support issues with Service Cloud 2 CRM workflow tools.
Get Satisfaction have announced the availability of the Get Satisfaction Integration app on Salesforce.com’s AppExchange.
This app allows users to import, search, filter and track crowdsourced customer support issues from Get Satisfaction communities with the CRM workflow tools of Service Cloud 2, in an effort to increase visibility into customer conversations. This app also aims to encourage customer-to-customer interaction for problem solving. The Get Satisfaction data can also be integrated into a Service Cloud 2 database of customer records.
