Mark is vice president of Global Public Policy & Associate General Counsel at Red Hat. A member of Red Hat’s senior management team. He provides strategic direction to Red Hat's worldwide team representing the company's interests before policy makers in government, industry consortia, and other venues on issues such as technology and innovation policy, open source and standards adoption, intellectual property legislation, cybersecurity, competition, government technology initiatives, and tax regulation. Mark also oversees Red Hat’s corporate citizenship program and initiatives.
