Updates for Checker Java Framework

A new version of the Checker Framework has been released. This framework enhances Java’s type system to allow software developers to detect and prevent errors in their Java programs. Users can also write their own compiler plug-ins. The new version 1.1.5 provides unit constants, instead of conversion routines, with which to multiply unqualified values. The multiplication gets optimised away by the compiler. The framework also ensures that the switch statement expression is a supertype of all the case expressions. The Checker Framework now outputs error messages, instead of raising exceptions, which required the developers to introduce method “initChecker” in class SourceChecker.
