Cinch is a new IRC Microframework for creating IRC bots in Ruby.

The latest version of Cinch is 0.2. Cinch supports named parameter patterns and custom named parameter patterns.

You can install the latest version of Cinch using RubyGems or, alternatively, download it from github.
