New BI tool targets business users
SwiftKnowledge, a provider of web-based business intelligence (BI) software, has released Version 9, an ‘easy-to-use’ reporting and analysis tools for non-technical, frontline workers.
“Only 10 percent of business analysts at a typical enterprise employ the potential of BI tools to generate business value,” says Joseph Bugajski, principal analyst for Burton Group Research (recently acquired by Gartner, Inc.).
“…Enterprises want and need new, more readily accessible analytical tools that produce intuitively clear analysis results and that easily integrate into the business’s culture,” he adds.
Version 9 targets this opportunity in the market and comes with following features:
* New user interface and dashboard/report layout
* New content search capabilities
* Integration of structured and unstructured data
