NetCAT and NetFIX Testing Programs for NetBeans 6.9


The NetBeans Team have announced the return of its NetCAT and NetFIX community testing programs, for the NetBeans IDE 6.9 release cycle.

The NetBeans team are currently calling for community members to sign up for NetCAT beta testing program if they wish to help test NetBeans 6.9 development builds, report bugs and Requests For Enhancements. Please note, that you must be able to spare a minimum of four hours a week for the next three months in order to take part in this beta test.

Meanwhile, the NetFIX program looking for experienced Java developers to contribute code. All NetFix participants will have have their name included in the NetBeans source code repository and will have the opportunity to learn about NetBeans APIs.

At the end of the NetBeans 6.9 cycle, the top participants from both test programs will receive a gift from the NetBeans team.
