Manage Microsoft Windows Azure Apps with RPM

New Relic have announced that RPM can now manage the performance of Java and Ruby web apps deployed on the Microsoft Windows Azure platform.

The Windows Azure platform is a cloud services platform hosted in Microsoft data centres. It consists of the Windows Azure cloud operating system, Microsoft SQL Azure, and the AppFabric set of developer cloud services.

Prashant Ketkar, the Senior Director of Product Management of Windows Azure said: “New Relic RPM is a key enabler for successful deployment of Java or Ruby on Rails in the Windows Azure platform because it provides the visibility organizations need to ensure superior service delivery for their for business-critical applications.”
