JBoss Tools 3.1.1 With Around 100 Bug Fixes

JBoss Tools version 3.1.1 is out now.

This releases comes with around 100 fixes. With this release, the web service sample wizard is now working, and components can be dragged and dropped when editing external JSP files. JSF Capabilities are now preserved after restart, and server instances are always created when creating a new runtime. The full list of bug fixes is available now.
