Ingram Micro shares BI with channel partners
Ingram Micro has launched a Business Intelligence Center (BIC) to provide business intelligence to its IT channel partners in the US.
BIC offers partners customizable services such as analytical and predictive modeling, customer profiling, lead generation, market performance, customer research and sales trending data.
The objective behind BIC is to help partners generate more business, expand reach and achieve accuracy in marketing efforts.
BIC, based on the company’s extensive database, is the latest in the series of BI initiatives that began in 2006.
