Google have announced the release of 1.3.2 of the App Engine SDK for Java and Python runtimes.

New with this release of Google App Engine SDK, is a new method for allowing applications to request the contents of a Blob from within an application’s code. The maximum total Task Queue refill rate has been increased, as have the number of ports that can be accessed with the URLFetch API. Version 1.3.2 also introduces a new Denial of Service (DoS) blocking system, which allows the developer to blacklist certain IP addresses from accessing your app.
