Extend Gaelyk with New Plugin System

Gaelyk version 0.4 is out now.

Gaelyk is a Groovy toolkit for Google App Engine Java.

This version introduces a plugin system for extending Gaelyk applications and sharing commonalities between Gaelyk projects. Please see the Release Announcement for more information.
