Chancellor of the Exchequer Suggests a Money-Saving Open Source Alternative

In response to Conservative Party leader David Cameron’s call for civil servants to make money-saving suggestions, the Chancellor of the Exchequer has published a list of ideas, which include switching to open source software.

George Osborne suggests that the NHS and Education services could trade their Microsoft software, for Linux and OpenOffice alternatives.
