Blockchain Technology Conference 2018: Announcing Call for Papers

We want YOU! We are looking for proposals for our Blockchain Technology Conference 2018 in Berlin, Germany. The Call for Papers is open and we want to see you on the panel of speakers. The deadline for pitch submissions is June 11th; what are you waiting for?

Do you have a topic proposal about blockchain that’s burning away in your mind? Looking for a receptive audience to explain some of the finer points about blockchain technology to? We are searching for speakers for our Blockchain Technology Conference and would love to hear from you! We are happy to announce that we have opened our call for papers. Blockchain is an enormous on the rise technology that developers and companies from around the world want to explore. You could be a keynote speaker, a workshop leader, or a session speaker that helps lead tech into the future.

The Blockchain Technology Conference takes place from November 19 until November 21, 2018 in Berlin at the Steigenberger Hotel. There are 60-minute sessions and 30-minute sessions available as well as a workshop day featuring four 90-minute long tutorials. The conference is entirely in English and the deadline for submissions is June 11, 2018. Please submit all papers to

Here are the three main tracks this conference will explore:

  • Blockchain Technology 101 The title says it all: Join this track if you are looking for the full 360-degree introduction to blockchain technology. Learn about underlying principles such as game theory, peer-to-peer networks, and cipher algorithms while implementing your first blockchain app with expert advice on suitable programming languages, frameworks and libraries. This track is dedicated to developers and analysts who want to tap into the blockchain market.
  • Blockchain Advanced Development This track is meant for all those who are ready to leverage their business model with blockchain technology. Are you looking for meaningful real-life examples of blockchain applications beyond just the technical lingo? Would you like to receive advice on what you need and what to stay away from in your blockchain strategy? Experts will walk you through their blockchain projects and share their know-how. Get ready for the technical side of blockchain.
  • Blockchain Impact & Security Look beyond the buzz of crypto currencies. Blockchain technology has the potential to substantially enhance the way businesses and institutions interact with each other. The very concept of trust has been redefined and crucially: distributed. What does that mean for your organization? How will it impact you? Join this track to further your strategic understanding of blockchain technology.

We would also like to point out that we are very interested in advancing the idea of diversity in tech and we wish to set a good example together with you, the speakers, at the Blockchain Technology Conference. We are grateful for any ideas and suggestions for improvement!
