The OpenSAF Project have released OpenSAF 4.0.0.

This update replaces EDSv notifications from SAF AMF with SAF NTF notifications, and introduces IMM Persistent Backend feature based on SQLite and notification filtering. There are also improvements to the build system and OpenSAF installation usability.
