TorqueBox version 1.0.0.Beta21 has been released.

TorqueBox is a Ruby application platform integrating technologies such as Ruby-on-Rails and the JBoss AS Java application server, while adding support for Job Scheduling, Task Queues, SOAP Handling, and Telephony.

With this release, TorqueBox is now based around JRuby 1.5. The updates focus on messaging (tasks and processors) and the Ruby integration packaging. The Rack integration layer has been improved and processors can now be outside of the TorqueBox AS. Integration with JBoss VFS has also been improved.
