Tasktop 2.0 Released with New Agile Planner
Apache Camel 2.7.0 Released
Apache Camel 2.7.0 has been released with around 169 issues resolved. Apache Camel is an open source integration framework, which offers Bean Binding and integrates with frameworks such as Spring and Guice. This release drops support for Java 5 and Spring 2.5.6, and replaces commons logging with slf4j. It adds the new components: Context, Hazelcast Component, DNS and MyBatis, and support for MDC logging with Camel.
Tasktop 2.0 with Agile Planner
Version 2.0 of Tasktop has been released. Tasktop 2.0 comes with the Agile Planner that was launched in beta at the Agile 2010 conference. The Agile Planner adds functionality for displaying plans across repositories with support for cross-repository dependencies. The Planner supports developer centric workflows, and leverages Tasktop's automatic time tracking. Agile plans can currently be displayed from HP's Agile Accelerator and Rally, with more tools to be supported in subsequent releases. In the 2.0 release, Task Federation can be deployed to further unify an ALM stack, as Tasktop bi-directionally synchronises all the key tasks and fields between IBMs Rational Team Concert and HP's Quality Centre. JRebel 4.0 M1 Integrates with HotSwap
The first milestone of JRebel 4.0 has been announced. This milestone integrates with HotSwap and tracks anonymous class renaming, which should help JRebel handle reloads more gracefully. This milestone also comes with fresh integrations for JBoss (4.x/5.x) and Glassfish (2.x/3.x), with more containers to follow in the second milestone. Please see the Changelog for more information.
Bug Fixes for MyFaces Core 1.1.9
The Apache MyFaces project have announced MyFaces Core 1.1.9. MyFaces Core passed Sun's JSR-127 TCK and is compliant with JSR-127. This bug fix release addresses a problem with changing the summary / detail message of a ParametrizableFacesMessage and a side-channel timing attack in StateUtils class. It can be downloaded now.
RabbitMQ 2.4.0 Released
Version 2.4.0 of the RabbitMQ enterprise messaging system, has been released. This release adds fast routing for topic exchanges and support for the CC and BCC headers. SASL mechanisms can now veto themselves based on socket type, in addition to a list of bug fixes. More information on the changes, is available at the Release Notes.
