Version 1.6.12 of Subversion is out now.

With this release, the pack tests now work with low file descriptor limits and broken symlinks can be copied. The address to which crash reports are sent has also been updated, and custom file mutexes on Windows have been disabled. More information on the changes, is available at the Changes file.
