The Squeak open source implementation of the Smalltalk language and runtime will now be released under a new dual-license.

Squeak 4.0 is dual-licensed under the MIT and Apache licenses. Squeak 4.0 is functionally equivalent to the previous 3.10.2 release. The Squeak team have been working on new features, but these will be released in the forthcoming Squeak 4.1.

Squeak 4.0 requires the SqueakVM for your operating system.
