Spring GemFire 1.0 has announced its second milestone release. The GemFire project aims to facilitate the building of Spring-powered apps, using GemFire as a distributed data management platform. Spring GemFire 1.0.0M2 adds native support for GemFire 6.5 and a new configuration option for region lookup-only. There is also namespace support for configuring all the major GemFire components, including replicated, cache, partitioned and client regions.
