Spring Framework 3.0.3 is now available.

This release introduces support for some recent releases: OpenJPA 2.0 final, Hibernate 3.5.2, and JBoss 6.0.0 M3, and fixes some issues, particularly in the areas of JSP tag library, Portlet session handling and ConversionService.
