An Early Access Preview of JIRA 4.2 is out now.

JIRA 2.2 EAP features an updated view issue page, with a tighter spacing between lines reducing the space between elements, and stronger section headings. The description field is now separated into its own section, and Votes and Watchers fields appear on the same line.
