SaaS Appliances can deliver where the Cloud cannot

Ross Mayfield has an interesting post at on ‘SaaS Appliances’, pre-configured and self-contained applications.

While they are also deployed on-premise, SaaS applicances promise lower TCO, quicker deployment and ease of managment than traditional solutions.
