Version 0.3.5 of the Hugo Ruby gem for deploying infrastructures and apps to the cloud, is now available.

To use Hugo, you will require an Amazon AWS Account, a system configured to contain AWS info in environment variables and the ability to generate ELB, RDS, and EC2.
