RCP Toolbox Goes Open Source

jt

The RCP Toolbox team have released Rich Client Platform (RCP) Toolbox as an open source project for developing Eclipse 3.3, 3.4 & 3.5 Standard Widget Toolkit (SWT) JFace or RCP applications.

RCP Toolbox is available as a normal JAR file for use in a SWT or JFace project, and as a RCP Plugin that can be referred to from your own plugin. It features a validation framework, a GoogleMapComposite for embedding GoogleMaps in your applications, and a widget for providing circular based gauge feature, called CoolGauge.

The open source version is licensed under the Eclipse Public License and is available to download from LaunchPad.
