Progress Software Corporation have announced the release of Progress Sonic Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) version 8.0.

Sonic ESB is a messaging-based enterprise service bus for integrating and re-using business applications within a service-oriented architecture (SOA.)

Sonic ESB 8.0 introduces support for a RESTful architectural approach to integration. The Continuous Availability Architecture within the Sonic ESB platform has also been enhanced.
