Object Teams 0.7.0 Released

Jessica Thornsby

Version 0.7.0 of Object Teams is out now.

Object Teams supports programming with multiple views, and introduces two new classes: ‘Roles’ and ‘Team.’ The former supports a per instance specialisation of existing objects, and the second groups a set of related roles into one nestable module.

With this release, it is now possible to tell the builder to use the OT/J compiler options from the project settings when exporting an OT plugin, and the binding editor now displays base methods which are defined by a callout binding. The action Language Definition can now be invoked in three ways: from the Problems view, using the context menu on the problem marker in the editor’s left gutter; and using a new button on the problem hover. More information is available at the New & Noteworthy.
