The OSGi Alliance has made two draft specifications available for download and comment.

OSGi Core Platform Expert Group has released an early draft specification for Core 4.3, and the OSGi Residential Expert Group has made an updated early draft specification available.

Both of these specifications can be downloaded from the OSGi Alliance's website.
