Mylyn version 3.4.2 has been released.

This is Mylyn’s Helios SR1 service release, featuring 50 bug fixes. This includes a bug that could occur when removing files from the context, and a bug that typically caused unwanted files to appear in the context when a project was checked out from a repository, or code generated, and the workspace was refreshed while the task was active. With this service release, large resource change deltas are now ignored.
