Metaweb’s Gridworks Becomes Google Refine

Version 2.0 of Google’s renamed Refine tool comes with new extensions.

Google have announced that, following their acquisiton of
Metaweb in July, Freebase Gridworks has been renamed to Google Refine. Google Refine is an open source
product for cleaning data sets, transforming them from one format
into another, and extending them with new data from external
sevices, and version 2.0 is out now. This version brings a new
extensions architecture and a framework for linking records to
other databases. There is also a new Json importer and added
support for ignoring quotation marks in the CSV and TSV
