J2EE and Spring-based SSO infrastructure now comes with an RIA Console.

Java Open Single Sign-On (JOSSO) version 2.0.0 has been released.

JOSSO is a J2EE and Spring-based SSO infrastructure that aims to
provide a solution for user authentication and authorisation. It
offers SAML support and can run in Apache Tomcat, JBoss application
server, Websphere CE application server and Apache Geronimo, among
others. It includes virtual directory functionality, which allows
authentication against multiple disparate identity silos.

The 2.0.0 release natively supports SAML2, which enables
interoperability with third-party SSO systems and
Software-as-a-Service applications, and comes bundled with an RIA
Console. Multi-tenancy is supported, meaning that multiple isolated
Federated SSO implementations can execute in parallel.
