The final day of JAX London will feature a keynote from SpringSource CTO Adrian Colyer.

For the third day of JAX London 2011, we turn our attention to Systems
Integration and the Spring ecosystem, with a keynote by CTO of
SpringSource, Adrian Colyer. ‘Enterprise Applications in 2011:
Challenges in Development and Deployment, and Spring’s response’
will look at how the Spring ecosystem is evolving to meet the
evolving needs of enterprise application development in 2011, as
social media, cloud, PaaS and the new range of internet enabled
devices present enterprise application developers with a new set of
challenges. The afternoon keynote, ‘How Betfair Scaled its Java
Apps in Record Time,’ will share Betfair’s experiences of how the
international online sports betting provider adopted a business
transaction approach to monitoring, to help combat application
performance problems.

The Systems Integration day will feature ‘A Developer’s View of
Acceptance Test Driven Development’ which will look at the world of
automated testing and ‘Accelerating Large-Scale Integration
Programmes through Metadata Analysis’ where Andy Myers and Alan
Parker will explore the characteristics and classes of integration
projects that have successfully adopted metadata management. The
day will conclude with a panel, where attendees will be able to put
their questions to the experts. Meanwhile, the Spring day will take
attendees on a tour through the Spring ecosystem, taking a closer
look at Spring Roo, Spring Batch, Spring Integration, and what’s
new in Spring 3.1. The track will also conclude with a speaker’s
panel, giving attendees the opportunity to put their questions to
the experts.

The third day will also host Java Tech and Tools sessions in two
rooms, covering such diverse technologies as cloud, Git, Hudson,
Mylyn, BIRT, Clojure and Infinispan. We will also look ahead to
Java 7, in Martijn Verburg’s ‘Back to the future with Java 7′
session at 14:25. Check out the JAX London
