JavaFX Plugin for Eclipse has reached version 1.3.1.

With this release, users can (un)comment a block of lines by selecting them and pressing ctrl-/. A number of bugs have also been fixed, including bugs that caused the JavaFX SDK button not to work when creating a new JavaFX project, and the 'preview' function not to work in JavaFX syntax colouring preference.
