JavaFX 1.3.1 is out now.

This release introduces a customisable progress indicator, which can be used to provide an indication of how much time is left in the start-up process. JavaFX 1.3.1 leverages enhancements in Java SE update 21, and comes with a CSS Reference Guide and improved JavaFX API documentation.
