Java Implementation for Adding Sieve Support

Apache James jSieve version 0.4 is now available.

Apache James jSieve is a subproject of Apache James that adds Sieve support. It is a Java implementation of the Sieve mail filtering language defined by RFC 3028 and implemented as a language processor. It plugs into an internet mail application and consists of a Sieve library coded in Java, a Mailet that extends the JSieve library to create a server side Sieve filtering system, and utility classes.

This release adds support For i;ascii-numeric Comparator, and removes Staging Directory and Ant Build. This release also provide a method for determining whether an action is implicit or explicit. Please see the Release Notes for more information.
