Java EE, OSGi and Community Event at JAX London 2011

For the second day of JAX London 2011, we have two exciting keynotes and a
Community Night, in addition to a packed
programme of sessions! Attendees can look forward to a keynote from
Dan North, who will examine the habits of software teams, in his
‘Patterns of Effective Delivery’ talk. The afternoon keynote will
be held by Michaël Chaize, and will look at the challenge of
providing an engaging user experience across the range of new,
Internet connected devices. Come along to learn how Adobe innovates
to help developers build user-interfaces connected to a Java

The day also offers two tracks dedicated to Java EE and OSGi.
Java EE day covers the range of technologies that occupy the Java
EE space, including EJB, CDI and GlassFish. The track is moderated
by Oracle’s Arun Gupta, who will also present a ‘GlassFish 3.1
-Simplifying your Java EE 6 development & deployment’ talk in
the afternoon. Meanwhile, the OSGi track features sessions from
OSGi specification lead Peter Kriens, IBM’s Holly Cummins, and
Groovy, Grails and GPars committer Dierk König. But, this day isn’t
restricted to Java EE and OSGi, with the Java Tech and Tools track
covering such diverse technologies as Scala, messaging, Eclipse,
