Google’s Wave Contribution Makes Apache Incubator

Wave has been accepted into the Apache Incubator. According to Dan
Peterson, the votes were “overwhelmingly positive.” Wave was
discontinued as a standalone project by Google in August, 2010.
Later the company pledged to expand on the Wave code currently open
sourced, by creating ‘Wave in a Box’ and now this project will form
initial contribution to the Apache Wave project. “Looking
