Jessica Thornsby

Get Satisfaction announce a customer service app that integrates crowdsourced customer support issues with Service Cloud 2 CRM workflow tools.

Get Satisfaction have announced the availability of the Get Satisfaction Integration app on Salesforce.com’s AppExchange.

This app allows users to import, search, filter and track crowdsourced customer support issues from Get Satisfaction communities with the CRM workflow tools of Service Cloud 2, in an effort to increase visibility into customer conversations. This app also aims to encourage customer-to-customer interaction for problem solving. The Get Satisfaction data can also be integrated into a Service Cloud 2 database of customer records.

“More and more companies are looking to the future of customer support, and they’re finding it on social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, and Get Satisfaction,” said Wendy Lea, CEO of Get Satisfaction. “With our new integration app, salesforce.com customers can utilize one of their most familiar and useful solutions — their Service Cloud 2 deployment — to connect their support efforts with a Get Satisfaction customer community and create a complete social experience.”

A free download and demonstration of Get Satisfaction Integration app are available to Salesforce.com’s Service Cloud 2 customers now.
