The first release candidate in the Netty 3.2 branch is available for download!

The Netty NIO client server framework aims to provide an asynchronous, event-driven network application framework, alongside tools for developing protocol servers and clients.

Since the beta release, the Netty team have modified the Protobuf integration to work with MessageLite types and fixed numerous bugs, including issues with the HTTP headers. Since 3.1.5.GA, the team have introduced WebSocket support and complete trailing header support.
