First Release Candidate Emerges for PostgreSQL 9.0
The first release candidate of PostgreSQL 9.0, is out now.
This release fixes all known bugs. No changes in commands, interfaces or APIs are expected between this release candidate and the final 0.9 release. The ultimate release will feature a mass permission-changing facility, anonymous code blocks, and extended reporting queries, such as additional windowing options. There will also be additional trigger features, including SQL-standard-compliant per-column triggers and conditional trigger execution.
