EGit and JGit version 0.8.1 have been released.

EGit 0.8.1 features a new Git Repositories view where local and remote projects can be imported, and branches and tags can be manipulated. Tagging dialogue is now available from the project's context menu, and fast forward merging is supported.

JGit 0.8.1 features a new Git class for working with the JGit APIs, and the ability to translate exception messages.
