The second release candidate of the Eclipse Helios packages are out now.

This release candidate is divided into twelve packages, each one covering a different area of the Eclipse ecosystem, including Java, JavaScript, Linux and PHP developers, and packages that target mobile and RCP developers.

The packages can be downloaded from the Eclipse website now.
