Eclipse SDK 4.0

Early Adopter Release of Eclipse SDK 4.0

The Early Adopter Release of Eclipse SDK 4.0 is out now!

Eclipse SDK 4.0 is the new platform for building Eclipse-based tools and rich client desktop applications. This release is intended for early adopters to test backwards compatibility and migrate their plugins and RCP applications.

This release introduces a model-based user interface, a new services-oriented programming model and a new CSS-based declarative mechanism for application styling. There is also a new look and feel for the workbench, which replaces extra keylines with whitespace to separate user interface elements.
