The public EAP program of IntelliJ IDEA version 10 is now open!

The UI features new scrollbars, and there are new formatting options, including alignment of columns and relative indents. Spring Web Services and Spring testing are now supported, and CSS in ui.xml files is supported. In terms of version control, Mercurial is now supported, and the support for Git has been improved.
