Dropbox is now available for Android.

Dropbox syncs content between multiple devices, and automatically syncs when new files or changes are detected. Dropbox transfers are configured to correctly resume where they left off if the connection is interrupted. It also provides online backup and file sharing functionality. Dropbox is available now from the Android Market.
