Drools version 5.1 has been released.

When configuring a KnowledgeBase using configuration, via a xml change set, the change-set namespace is now versioned, and JMX monitoring has been added to support KnowledgeBase monitoring. Knowledge Sessions can now support startup batch scripts, and the new version of the Knowledge Agent supports newInstance = false in its configuration.
