Distributed Database Product Enters Beta

Objectivity have announced a beta release of InfiniteGraph.

InfiniteGraph is a distributed graph database product and API that aims to allow developers to locate, store and exploit the relationships between data. It can run as a primary database management system, and as an extension to existing relational infrastructures, map reduce and batch processing layers.

The beta is scheduled for six weeks, with a general release targeted at mid-July. Following the beta, InfiniteGraph will be available as a two month free trial version. Startups and new businesses with a GoGrid Cloud Hosting account will also be able to use InfiniteGraph for free. Developer licenses and support options will start from $999.00 per year.
