Bug Fixes for Maven 3.0.1

Apache Maven version 3.0.1 has been released. Maven version 3.0.1
is a maintenance release that addresses some issues with Maven 3.0.
This release updates to Wagon 1.0-beta-7 and updates the default
plugin versions. Management of project building request can now be
kept inside MavenProject instances and BeanConfigurator is used for
configuration sub-elements.

String of Apache MyFaces Extensions Validator
Releases

Apache MyFaces have just announced new releases of the Apache
MyFaces Extensions Validator: 1.1.4, 1.2.4 and 2.0.4. All three releases introduce support for
input fields without value bindings and allow Extval Custom Java
ExtValModuleConfig objects in Bean jars. Using a custom
ValidatorFactory as an alternative for BeanAwareValidatorFactory is
now also supported.

Seam Exception Handling 3.0.0.Alpha1

An initial release of the Seam Exception Handling module
has been announced. Seam Exception Handling 3.0.0.Alpha1 is based
on the CDI event bus, and uses CDI events for exception handling,
in an attempt to keep the process non-invasive.

Distributed Storage System Tahoe-LAFS 1.8.1
Released

Version 1.8.1 of the Tahoe-LAFS distributed
storage system has been announced. Tahoe-LAFS offers
‘provider-independent security’ which prevents even the operators
of a storage server from reading and altering data without consent.
This is primarily a bug fix release, and comes with a fix for a
security issue involving HTTP proxies. It is compatible with the
version 1 series of Tahoe-LAFS.
