Bug Fixes For Apache Lucene

jt

The Lucene team have announced two bug fix releases for Lucene Java: 3.0.1 and 2.9.2.

Version 2.9.2 is a bugfix release for the Lucene Java 2.x series, which is based on Java 1.4. This version removes unneeded synchronisation in FuzzyTermEnum, and features updated javadocs.

Version 3.0.1 is the bug fix release for the Lucene Java 3.x series, which is based on Java 5. It rectifies issues with incorrect, immense term warnings and a tendency for the NRT reader to temporarily lose deletions. Two APIs that were accidentally removed in version 3.0.0 have also been restored. Both releases are fully compatible with the corresponding previous versions. New users of Lucene are advised to use Lucene Java version 3.0.1

The Change Log for version 2.9.2 and 3.0.1 are both available at the project website.
